Amendment of RES Act underway - Grzegorz Wąsiewski for Dziennik Gazeta Prawna
The Ministry of Energy is working on a massive amendment of the RES Act. As justified by the Ministry, the amendment is to, inter alia, clarify some of the basic definitions, introduce changes to the way the auctions are structured, promote new solutions in respect of support for small- and microinstallations, and clear up some of the doubts accrued around the Act of 20 May 2016 on investments in wind power plants.
