Addressed to western investors and others alike, WiRO comes as a guidebook with replaceable pages, which provides information on changes of the economic and legal conditions in the following ten states of Central and Eastern Europe:

The 132. revision of WiRO (part pertaining to Poland) includes an update of a chapter by Maciej Prusak and Patrycja Hirsch regarding the punishability of legal persons - "collective entities". There has been discussed, inter alia, the issue of applicability of regulations on the punishability of legal persons to companies with foreign capital. What is more, numerous amendments were introduced to chapter E, which chapter features the template agreements: articles of association, lease agreement, employment contract, agreement pertaining to construction services or real estate, all of which have been amended. The address list has also been corrected. The update covers as well the first part of the Polish Restructuring Act from 2015.
