New provisions on RES to protect consumers against power price hike

New provisions on renewable energy sources are becoming effective, with an aim to, among others, protect the consumers against uncontrolled energy price hike. The amendment of the RES act brings significant changes to the renewable energy support system - the substitution fee, until now unitary, will from now on be linked to the market prices of property rights arising out of certificates of origin.
