Contracts based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts in infrastructure projects
on 23-24 November 2015 in Warsaw.
FIDIC Conditions of Contracts regulate the obligation relationship between the ordering party and the contractor. Well-proven around the world, when skillfully used, they help to avoid a number of disputes between the counterparties to the construction sector.
On the workshops, you will learn how to apply the FIDIC-based solutions so as not to allow for errors which typically occur while carrying out an investment, and to better enforce the liability of other parties to the process, in particular the contractor and supervision inspector.
The workshops are organized by Puls Biznesu, whereas the professional patronage has been assumed by BSJP law firm and SIDiR.
