At the beginning of June, we are heading to London to attend the 15th IBA Real Estate Investments Conference. Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa, Ph.D., and Anna Kois-Mizgier, Ph.D., will represent us at the event organised by our partner association: the International Bar Association (IBA).
The annual IBA Conference is a platform to share knowledge, build international business relationships and analyse the most important trends and challenges facing the real estate sector. Participants will be able to attend numerous keynote speeches, theme-based discussion tables and workshops.
Topics of this year's edition include:
- impact of global macroeconomic and geopolitical developments on real estate investment,
- dynamic development of the ESG concept in investment strategies,
- the use of artificial intelligence in asset analysis and management,
- future of the retail sector and the energy and renewables market.
