The 1st National Procedural Law Congress will take place from 20-26 October 2025, providing a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing current issues in procedural law.
The programme features presentations by judges, attorneys, and legal scholars on topics including practical aspects of interpreting regulations, Supreme Court case law, and the limits of public application of the law.
On 24 October, an expert panel with Krzysztof Kowalczyk will examine Article 128 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, offering practical insights on its application.
The congress is hybrid, with sessions held both online and in person in Warsaw.
