According to research, up to 92% of children of entrepreneurs do not want to continue with the family business. External succession could be the solution to such a problem. In Rachunkowość magazine, tax advisor Jacek Bajson and legal counsel Magdalena Standarska write, using accounting offices as an exmaple, about the sale of an enterprise or a part thereof to an external investor.
In their text, they discuss in detail not only the possible succession solutions, but also focus on the analysis of the business environment in which accounting offices function. The authors present the entire process of handing over of an enterprise - from the moment of making the decision to sell the company, through its valuation, to all the legal consequences of the transaction.
