One of the speakers at the event will be Grzegorz Wąsiewski, PhD who will discuss legal aspects of restrictions imposed on the supply and consumption of electricity, gas and heat.
One of the experts from our law firm will indicate in which situations a company may suspend energy supplies and what it is subject to penalties for unjustified suspension. Furthermore, Mr. Wąsiewski will explain whether the distributor has the right to make energy supplies dependent on other factors, such as, for instance, payment of debts, and will also discuss issues of resumption of supplies.
