Amendments to the labour law 2020

At the beginning of the year, significant amendments to the Polish labour law came into force. The minimum wage has been increased, which means not only a pay rise for a large part of employees, but also an increase in other benefits calculated on its basis. Entrepreneurs must also remember about the deadline for implementation of the Employee Capital Plans and adoption of remuneration policies for members of management and supervisory boards in public companies.
