The April issue of the specialist quarterly journal Prawo Budowlane (EN: Building Law) features an article written by Dr. jur. Joanna Krawczyk, LL.M. The publication was devoted to the issue of landscape resolutions in the Polish legal system.
The article “Balance sheet of 10 years of landscape resolutions in legislation in case law” is a comprehensive summary of the current case law regarding the application of landscape regulations adopted on the basis of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development. The author analyses the key interpretative trends that have developed in the case law of administrative courts over the last decade, presenting their evolution and practical implications for business entities and local government units.
