On 20 May, we had the pleasure of participating in the Battke Frühstück 2025, an annual legal event that brought together a wide range of professionals from the legal and business communities – this year attracting as many as 200 participants.
The event featured a rich and diverse programme, with presentations from experts in European law, compliance, labour law, and international economic cooperation. The organisers ensured a dynamic format, offering attendees the opportunity to join panel discussions, engage in networking, and attend parallel lecture sessions.
As part of one of the sessions, our expert in corporate law and M&A, Dominika Wągrodzka, together with Jan Rolla, a representative of the organising law firm, delivered a lecture titled “Poland as a partner: Opportunities and risks in cross-border legal transactions.”
