BSJP increases the number of partners and launches BSJP French department

We are pleased to inform that with the beginning of January, Ewa Boryczko, PhD, joined our law firm as a new partner. Ewa will be the head of the BSJP French department.

Ewa is an expert in commercial law, with a many years' experience in rendering legal advisory services to entrepreneurs active in the French language area. She is also experienced in comprehensive legal service of large entrepreneurs, in particular industrial plants and commercial networks. She advises on issues related to the establishment of companies and their mergers, divisions and transformations, also within the range of restructuring of capital groups and holdings.

She is the author of many publications in commercial law. Until present, Ewa was in charge of BMSP law firm.

Thanks to our new partner's vast expertise, the law firm may add to its offer a new specialization, BSJP French, via which we will be able to provide support to French entities operating in Poland and Polish companies doing business in France.

Along with Ewa, the office is joined by a team of specialists in the field of, among others, IP and new technologies law, insurance law and labour law: legal counsel Andrzej Załęski, attorney Maciej Jura and attorney Michał Włodarczyk. BSJP thus receives a strong expert support in handling matters related to privacy protection, in particular personal data protection, to include compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.

The merger strengthens the market position and competences of BSJP, which offers consultancy delivered by more than 70 lawyers, tax advisors and auditors working in four locations across Poland: Gdańsk, Katowice, Poznań and Warsaw. BSJP is a member of the ETL Group, which provides legal, tax and audit services for more than 200,000 clients in over 50 countries worldwide.
