BSJP introduces new management model and increases number of managing partners

In a move to increase participation in the management of the firm in a response to continued growth, as well as being able to respond adequately to the market's demands, BSJP's management model was amended earlier this year to include an increased number of partners participating in the executive running of the firm. Current Managing Partner Maciej Prusak was joined by partners Dag Nilsson and Jarosław Sroka as co-managing partners.

Dag Nilsson has been equity partner at BSJP since 2018 and his practice focuses on M&A and commercial law, working mainly for the defense, technology and manufacturing sectors. He also leads one of Poland's largest Nordic practices.

Jarosław Sroka has been equity partner at BSJP also since 2018. He is highly recognised specialist in the areas of public procurement, construction and real estate law, working for entrepreneurs in the infrastructure, energy, IT, logistic and defence sectors.

Dag and Jarosław will be supervising and leading the development of selected areas of the firm alongside Maciej.

At the same time, longtime Managing Partner Jörn Brockhuis has been appointed Senior Partner, a position from which he will supervise the overall strategy and development of the firm as well as keep in touch with key Clients and stakeholders of the firm.
