BSJP to co-host the "Silesian Mediation and Arbitration Forum"

On 17 October 2014,

"Facultas Iuridica", the foundation of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia, and the Silesian Arbitration and Mediation Center CAM will run

a conference entitled the Silesian Mediation and Arbitration Forum

The event starts up the national-wide project entitled "Arbitration and Mediation Centers - a pilot project", co-financed by the EU. The project developed by the Foundation along with the Ministry of Economy aims at implementing and promoting the idea of amicable settlement of economic disputes. 

BSJP's participation will be marked i.a. by the presence of dr hab. prof. nadzw. of the University of Silesia Andrzej Torbus - the Head of CAM, the activity of which in Silesia will be formally inaugurated, and legal counsel Piotr Jurczak, who will deliver a talk entitled "Mediation clause in agreements between entrepreneurs".
