From 6 to 8 November 2018, the cyclical Wind Energy Days will take place in Linstow. On the second day of the event, BSJP's specialists in energy law, attorney Maciej Prusak and attorney Dominik Sołtysiak will deliver their speeches.
Maciej will discuss the political risks connected with renewable energy investments in Poland (title: Politische Investitionsrisiken bei den Projekten der erneuerbaren Energien in Polen), whereas Dominik will focus on the current and planned amendments to the RES Act and possible scenarios for the development of wind energy in Poland by the year 2021 (title: Szenarien für die Entwicklung der Windenergiebranche in Polen bis 2021 - aktuelle und geplante Änderungen zu dem EEQGesetz). Both lectures will be delivered as a part of the alternative markets and investments panel, in the thematic section pertaining to the activity in EU member states.
