CEE Legal Matters reports that Aerium investment fund sold a portfolio of three shopping centers in Poland to Newbridge, an affiliate of Somerston Group.
These are the Czyzyny, Bielawy, and Guliwer shopping centers, located in Krakow, Torun, and Lodz, respectively, with more than 72,000 square meters of the GLA, and each is anchored by Carrefour on a long-term lease.
The financing for the acquisition was obtained from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. BSJP law firm advised DPB on the financing, with the team led by Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa
