On 24 December 2025, regulations on pay transparency will come into force, which are set to significantly change the way recruitment processes and remuneration policies are conducted in organisations. The new regulations result from the solutions adopted by the European Union aimed at increasing transparency and counteracting pay inequalities, in particular those based on gender.
The upcoming changes will first affect the regulations on recruitment and will impose a number of new obligations on employers already at the stage of publishing job advertisements. A detailed discussion of the changes and practical guidance for employers is presented in a short newsletter, which can be found in the attachment below.
We would like to invite you to read the publication prepared by Ewa Boryczko, PhD, and Aleksandra Wylecioł, and to contact us if you have any questions regarding the implementation of the new obligations in your organisation.
