Collective redundancies as a consequence of the pandemic: How can employers do it wisely?

In the uncertain post-COVID economy, the range of the ongoing crisis starts to affect more and more enterprises. If no suitable arrangements are found, the employers who are at risk of being cross out of the market, may be forced to undertake necessary measures resulting in lowering remuneration of their employees or even staff-reduction.

Michał Włodarczyk and Mateusz Pergałowski, labour and employment law experts from BSJP law firm, would like to invite you to join their webinar in order to discuss how to carry out collective redundancies so that the interests of both the employers and the redundant employees remain protected. The webinar will guide you through the requirements of labour law and will also provide answers to the following questions:

  • How can employers carry out collective redundancies in an appropriate way?
  • What legal steps should employers take?
  • Which company qualify for a group layoff?
  • When and how can employers support the redundant employees?

This webinar will be held on 15 June 2020. It has been organized in cooperation with the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce. Click HERE to register.
