We are pleased to announce that our expert, Jakub Gąsior, will participate in the conference ‘'Real Estate Lease – Legal Regulations”, organised by Must Read Media. This is the second edition of the event devoted to the practical aspects of the lease of commercial premises.
During his speech, Jakub Gąsior will focus on the issue of handing over commercial premises to the tenant and returning them to the landlord following the expiration of the lease in contractual practice.
This topic is particularly important in the context of everyday lease practice, where both landlords and tenants face a variety of different challenges at the beginning of their cooperation, i.e. when the premises are handed over, as well as at the end of their cooperation - when the agreement is no longer binding and the commercial premises are returned.
