Consequences of entering entrepreneurs onto KNF's public warnings list

The list of the KNF's public warnings may effectively eliminate suspicious entities from the market. It is worse, however, when fair entrepreneurs are also put on the list - as the law allows to communicate to the public the sole fact of submitting to the Prosecutor's Office a notification on suspicion of committing a crime. Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa comments in Puls Biznesu on the limited possibility of defence and explanation on the part of the company which had been entered onto the KNF's public warnings list.
