We would like to encourage you to read the latest edition of the scientific semi-annual „Przedsiębiorczość – Edukacja” (EN: “Entrepreneurship – Education”), in which an article written by Maciej Jura has been published.
In the said publication called “Digitisation of registration procedures: thoughts on the directions of further developments,” our expert analyses the evolution of the registration process in Poland – from the first legislative changes to full digitisation and emphasises benefits of digitisation, but also identifies its weaknesses. On this basis, Maciej Jura formulates postulates for further changes that can improve the efficiency and transparency of registration procedures.
The publication includes:
- chronological overview of the key legislative reforms of the registration procedure,
- analysis of practical difficulties encountered by attorneys in fact and entrepreneurs,
- author’s postulates for further changes – both technical and legislative – in order to improve the operation of the court registry system.
