Ewa Boryczko, PhD, as a mentor in the Business in Women's Hands project

In June, another edition of the mentoring programme “Business in Women's Hands” implemented by the Entrepreneurial Women’s Network came to an end. Our partner and attorney-at-law with many years of experience, Ewa Boryczko, PhD, who has been supporting the development of women in business by sharing her knowledge and practical approach, once again acted as a mentor.

Current mentee of Ms Boryczko, Julita Hernández-Tatałaj is a lawyer with international experience in contract and transaction negotiation, specialising in raw materials and commodity contracts. After completing the programme, Julita will develop her business as a broker in the fuel sector.

“Business in Women's Hands” is a complex project supporting women in achieving their entrepreneurial dreams. It is aimed at female participants who not only have an idea for their own business, but are ready to put it into practice already during the programme. It includes practical workshops, business mentoring and networking, providing support at every stage of business development. Hundreds of companies have been established through the programme, most of which continue to successfully operate to this day.
