GDPR: Practical guide for e-commerce

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) enters into force on 25 May 2018. The law introduces solutions which are a revolution for entrepreneurs in the area of data protection.

Feel free to read "A Practical Guide for E-commerce", now available for pre-sale, which discusses the provisions of the GDPR.

The publication explains, among others, the meaning of the right:

  • to be forgotten,
  • to have your personal data rectified,
  • not to be subject to profiling,
  • to limit personal data processing.

The book also discusses the issues connected with a risk-based approach in shaping the obligations of data collectors, documentation they have to draw up or the aspects of cross-border data processing.

Legal counsel Monika Susałko is one the co-authors.
