On 30-31 May 2016, the 4th edition of GREET Vienna: Global Real Estate & Economy Talks took place.
The event comes as a successful combination of exhibition, networking and conferences for decision makers from national and international real estate markets.
This year, the Vienna talks concentrated around global economic, ecological, social and cultural changes and how they influence the real estate branch in Europe, including all countries of Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.
Changes in global economy trigger changes in local real estate businesses. Recession, migration, climate changes, but also Industry 4.0, digitalization and paperless office - all shape the demands of clients from the real estate sector.
GREET Vienna 2016 was sponsored by, among others, BSJP law firm, with Dr. Jörn Brockhuis
, partner at BSJP, as one of the participants of the discussion panel: "Real estate and infrastructure projects in Poland: New legal situation - new problems?"
