We would like to invite you to this year’s edition of the „IT contracts – legal and practical aspects” conference by Puls Biznesu. As every year, one of the event’s speakers will be Marcin Kroll, attorney-at-law and patent attorney at BSJP. Our expert will focus on contracts regulating IT outsourcing.
He will look at the advantages and disadvantages of IT outsourcing, discuss its basic types and the legal framework for outsourcing IT services. Additionally, he will analyse the principles of settlement and cooperation between the parties, which should be specified in the contract. He will also address the issue of confidentiality and personal data processing, as well as topics related to IP protection.
