Labour law 2019. What will change?

With the beginning of the year, major amendments to the Polish labour law came into force. BSJP's Michał Włodarczyk and Ewa Boryczko prepared an extensive overview of the most important changes affecting businesses and their HR departments, to include:


  1. Changes in the manner of keeping employee records
  2. The obligation to hand over copies of the employee records 
  3. Company business secrets less protected 
  4. Employee capital plans 
  5. OHS rules made easier for the employers 
  6. Trade unions protection extended to contractors
  7. New minimum wage 
  8. New rules of paying remuneration
