We are particularly pleased to announce that Małgorzata Zamorska has joined the Programme Council of the Heart & Mind – Wisdom of Generations Foundation. This organisation consistently works to promote equal opportunities and combat stereotypes and all forms of discrimination in the labour market and in business.
This Foundation focuses on empowering women, building intergenerational relationships, and supporting the development of young adults (18+) and people aged 45+, while taking care of equal opportunities for development and participation in professional life for each of these groups. Education and support for entrepreneurship based on international business models and the highest standards of responsible practices are also important areas of the Foundation's activity.
Through collaboration with businesses, the Foundation creates solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders, promoting open dialogue, sustainable development and a future of work based on diversity and mutual respect.
