BSJP's attorneys-at-law Hanna Rubaszewska and Radosław Rubaszewski will give lectures during a webinar co-organised with the Polish Society of Oncological Surgery Foundation, addressed to representatives of the medical community. During short sessions, our experts will discuss the most important legal aspects of conducting business activity by medical professionals.
The webinar will begin with a lecture by attorney-at-law Radosław Rubaszewski, who will refer to the advantages and disadvantages of setting up a company by doctors conducting business activity. Attorney-at-law Hanna Rubaszewska will discuss implementation of the GDPR in small medical offices, focusing on the most common mistakes in this regard.
Furthermore, in the last part of the meeting, Jagoda Golębiewska, tax adviser from the SWGK group, will compare the tax advantages of practicing a medical profession in the form of a business activity and in the form of a company.
