Polish Public Procurement Congress

From September 23 to 25, the Polish Public Procurement Congress: WARS.ZAM 2025 will be held – an online event for experts, practitioners, and representatives of institutions involved in public procurement. This is one of the most important gatherings in the industry, providing a space for the exchange of experiences, analysis of current challenges, and discussion of the development directions of the public procurement system in Poland.

Among the speakers is Grzegorz Wąsiewski, PhD, who will deliver a lecture entitled: “Improper performance of a previous contract as grounds for excluding a contractor.”

This topic is of particular practical importance. For contracting authorities, it serves primarily as a tool for protecting the public interest and ensuring that the procurement process is conducted in a fair and secure manner. For contractors, it is an area that requires legal awareness, an understanding of the consequences of previous breaches, and also knowledge of the possibilities for defending their case in disputes.

We invite you to participate in the Congress and join the discussion on key issues in public procurement law. Event details: LINK.
