Revolutionary changes in the agricultural property trading

New regulations have been adopted which have a significant impact on the agricultural property trading. The new regulations extend the scope of entities which are not subject to a general restriction on the possibility to acquire agricultural property and change the existing conditions for the acquisition of agricultural property by entities other than individual farmers. In addition, the warranty for diligent farm management has been eliminated. The legislators have also extended the scope of possibilities for the National Centre for Agricultural Support to exercise the pre-emption right.

Wojciech Znajewski presents the most important provisions of the newly adopted regulations on the formation of the agricultural system.
