The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development has launched a new series of online conferences for entrepreneurs. For the 8th of November, a meeting has been planned devoted to the simple joint-stock company, a new form of business that has been in use since 1 July 2021.
The conference has been divided into three parts – an introductory presentation, a panel discussion and expert consultation hours. Among the lawyers invited to take part in the discussion is BSJP’s Katarzyna Reszczyk-Król.
