Poland is a vital commercial partner for Germany. More and more companies choose our country as a place for their investments when expanding their business to the East. However, one should be prepared for significant differences between Polish and German legal and tax systems when conducting business activity in Poland.
The 10th Anniversary International Congress of Tax Advisers will take place in Cracow on 29 and 30 September 2022. Participants will be able to attend numerous lectures and discussions regarding practical issues of Polish civil and tax law. Among the speakers at the event are BSJP experts: Dr. Jörn Brockhuis and Christoph Garschynski, who will discuss a legal framework for investment in Poland, focusing in particular on the regulations of corporate law and labour law.
The event is organised by the German Federal Chamber of Tax Advisers.
