We are pleased to announce that Anna Kois-Mizgier, PhD, will participate in the 5th edition of the IBA Litigation Committee Conference on Private International Law.
The conference organised by the International Bar Association (IBA) brings together lawyers from around the world, providing a space for the exchange of experiences and views on the latest trends and challenges in private international law.
This year's meeting will focus on three main topics:
- Conflicts of jurisdiction in cross-border non-contractual disputes: recent changes
- Disputes regarding ESG: the perspective of private international law. Principles and practice
- Arbitration and writs to cease legal proceedings after the UniCredit case – a new boundary?
Attending this event will allow us to broaden our perspective on cross-border dispute resolution and strengthen our relationships with the international community of lawyers.
The event will take place on 2–3 October 2025 in Milan.
