The court will reinstate a dismissed employee much faster

The latest amendment to the Polish Code of Civil Procedure introduces significant changes in respect of employee litigation. Under the new provisions, the court of first instance is allowed, already in the course of the proceedings, to impose an obligation on the employer to continue employment of the employee until the final and binding judgment is issued. Attorney Michał Włodarczyk discusses the effects the changes may have on both employees and employers, and drives particular attention to the possible problems the employers may encounter.
