would like to invite you to a seminar entitled:

"Polish labour law - a comprehensive training for German-speaking executives and professionals",

which will take place on 4 June 2019 in Poznan.

The purpose of the seminar is to present and explain the basic regulations of Polish labour law, which provisions are of significance for the board members and managers in terms of running an enterprise on a day-to-day basis.

Seminar program will include the following topics:

Types of employment contracts and non-competition clauses, management contract:

  • characteristics of employment relationship,
  • types of employment contracts.

Termination of employment contracts and remuneration rules.

Working time regulations, right to holiday leave:

  • minimal wage,
  • bonuses for overtime,
  • working time during a business trip,
  • non-competition clause during the term of the contract and after termination of the employment contract.

Liability issues:

  • liability of the employee towards the employer for damages and to third parties.

Hiring of EU and non-EU foreigners.

The seminar is organised in cooperation with the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce AHK.
