Liability of management board members and proxies of Polish companies (in German),
which will take place on 19 January 2016 in Warsaw.
The seminar is addressed to management boards and management staff. It aims at presenting the scope of liability of management board members and proxies. At the seminar, issues of practical significance will be discussed, which issues are connected with liability for damages, liability under the fiscal offences act and liability for offences in the scope of labor law.
Seminar program covers the following topics:
- Handling company matters and representing the company
- Rules of liability for damages to the company
- Impact of discharge on liability for damages to the company
- Liability in the event of company's financial crisis
