We are pleased to announce another successful project in the energy market, which we had the pleasure of supporting from the legal side. The team advised on stepping into Poland of Enery, a company pursuing the green energy transition in Central Europe by focusing on the acquisition, development, construction and operation of renewable power plants and storage facilities.
Enery has acquired its first solar project in Poland. The 65 MW investment is part of a 500 MW portfolio located mainly in south-west of the country. The transaction was led by Grzegorz Wąsiewski, PhD, with Adam Jeżewski and Michal Rusin participating in the due diligence process, Rafał Lewandowski advising on tax aspects and Paulina Mielczarek advising on corporate issues.
