On 26 March 2019, the European Parliament approved the draft Directive on copyright in the digital single market. The directive is intended to support the creation of modern projects and solutions throughout the European Union. The new regulations are to apply to large platforms and Internet service providers. Legal counsel Wojciech Plesiński explains on TVP3 Poznań what effects the new regulations will have on both Internet tycoons and ordinary users.
