You have the right to access and to rectify data, demand your data to be deleted as well as the right to restrict the processing of data, to transfer data, to lodge an objection against the processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event that data is processed in violation of legal requirements.

Data will be processed in order to carry out a recruitment procedure for a job position at the controller?s company. In the event that you express a voluntary and optional consent, data will be processed also for the purposes of future recruitment procedures conducted by the controller. The provision of data is voluntary, however, a failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude the contract.

The legal basis to process your data is the legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), which interest consists of sourcing and employing employees as well as conducting recruitment procedures aimed at employing employees whose qualifications best meet the needs of the controller. The basis for the processing of your data in the scope necessary to conclude and perform a contract of employment is Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR and Article 6 paragraph 1 point c of the GDPR. If you grant consent to the processing of data for the purposes of a future recruitment process, your data will be processed in that scope under Article 6 paragraph 1 point a of the GDPR.

To the extent that the data is processed on the basis of a separate consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of data processing which was carried out prior to the withdrawal.

The controller may provide your data to entities supporting the recruitment process in respect of the IT issues and to external entities supporting recruitment processes. The controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to non-EEA recipients, i.e. to third countries.

Personal data shall be processed until the recruitment process is completed. In the event of granting a separate consent to process data for the purposes of future recruitment procedures, data will be processed until these recruitment procedures are completed, however, no longer than until the consent to the processing of data has been withdrawn.

Due to reasons connected with your specific situation, you have the right to object against the processing of your personal data if the controller process personal data on the basis of its legitimate interests.
