Recently, the team has been increasingly involved in tenders concerning the IT and telecoms sectors. The group also has a reputation for one-off individual representations, and Gdańsk's Maciej Prusak is currently acting for former President Lech Wałęsa in a number of personal rights protection cases arising from the use of his image by political opponents. Krzysztof Kowalczyk leads the team from the Warsaw office, and is experienced in litigation and arbitration involving FIDIC contracts, real estate and infrastructure.
