February 6-7 in Paris will mark the 13th edition of the International Bar Association’s conference on the European M&A sector.
This year’s conference will cover topics such as the latest changes in the law, managing the risk of disputes at the pre-contract stage, negotiating provisions related to pricing mechanisms and the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of the M&A sector.
In the French capital, we will be represented by Dominika Wągrodzka as well as the representatives of bnt attorneys in CEE from Slovakia and Hungary: Margareta Sovova and Jan Burmeister.
