As every year, at the beginning of September, we are participating in the “Breast Cancer: Oncology and Plasty” Conference, where our expert attorney, Hanna Rubaszewska, will lead the medical and legal session. This year, the conference will feature two panels addressing medical topics.
The first session, titled Primum Non Nocere – New Technologies / Artificial Intelligence in the Medical Profession, will see invited experts discuss the new rules of the Code of Medical Ethics and liability for medical errors. In the second session, titled Limits of Responsibility and Public Statements by Physicians, the discussion will focus on issues such as the dissemination of fake news involving statements by doctors.
The event is held under the patronage of the Polish Society of Surgical Oncology, the Marshal of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, the Polish Bar Association, and our partner foundation OmeaLife – Breast Cancer Does Not Limit.
