The BSJP | bnt expert will have a speech in the opening discussion panel of the
conference, which will address challenges related to the performance of
construction contracts. Furthermore, Ms Zamorska will give a lecture entitled:
"Settlement of contracts for construction works, additional and
replacement works", during which she will discuss the remuneration systems
in contracts for construction works, the dependence of payment on acceptance of
the works or the joint and several liability of the investor and the general
contractor for payment of the remuneration.
