We would like to invite you to a conference hosted by Puls Biznesu, where our experts, advocate and patent attorney Marcin Kroll, alongside attorney-at-law Andrzej Załęski, will be speaking.
The event will focus on IT contracts and the necessary adjustments required in light of recent regulatory changes. BSJP | bnt lawyers will look at the Data Act, Data Services Act and Data Governance Act, and their impact on IT projects. During their presentation, they will explain how the aforementioned documents will affect the processes of data collection, storage, and processing within IT projects. Additionally, they will address the growing importance of data governance in such projects and discuss regulations related to the protection of databases.
