The 134. revision of WiRO (part pertaining to Poland) includes an update of a chapter by Przemysław Fil pertaining to taxes and drawing up of balance sheets. The main focus is in particular on corporate income tax, levied on the profit. The update moreover includes the second and final part of translation of the Polish bankruptcy law along with provisions regarding the international bankruptcy proceedings e.g. in relation to real estate developers, banks, insurance companies or individuals, and the criminal law.
