European Law
Institute’s Climate Justice – New Challenges for Law and Judges conference will
take place on 6 July in Leuven, Belgium.
The ELI
project aims to explore new challenges for judges relating to climate justice
and to develop principles on the most pressing issues.
Similar to
last year, one of the speakers at the event will be Grzegorz Wąsiewski, PhD,
who will deliver a lecture on the interaction between public procurement and
renewable energy entitled “Climate Justice and Public Procurement Law”.
Partners of
the conference are: KU Leuven, the University of Ferrara, the Emmett Institute
on Climate Change & the Environment and Copenhagen Business School.
