Jarosław Sroka is co-founder of the Public Procurement Law Association
On 3 February 2017, the Public Procurement Law Association was established, the founding member of which is, among others, Jarosław Sroka, Partner at BSJP law firm.
The aim of the Association is to exchange and disseminate knowledge in respect of the broadly understood public procurement law (to include issues relating to PPP and concessions), in particular to gain from the best international practice and promote the principles of professional ethics among persons working within this very field of law. The Association is also meant to constitute a platform which will allow for an active participation of the legal community in the public debate on the public procurement system and the practice of implementation of relevant legislation.
Immediately after the registration of the Association, the Association's bodies will undertake actions to widen the circle of members to include renowned lawyers, whose well-established expertise will help to create solutions favourable to all participants to the public procurement market in Poland.
Jarosław Sroka, who at BSJP is head of the public procurement practice area, was tapped for the Association's audit commission.
