In the upcoming academic year, Jerzy Krypel will be joining the faculty at Orleans University as a lecturer. His classes have been integrated into the curriculum of the Master’s Degree Program in Private Law, specifically within the “Double Master’s Diploma in Private Law” course offered as part of the DAFI (Master II en droit privé) program. This collaborative initiative is a joint effort between Jagiellonian University and Orleans University.
Mr Krypel will teach in French on the following topics:
- Methodology of acquisition of control transactions in commercial companies (M&A),
- Methodology of analysis of the jurisprudence of French courts.
Lectures will be delivered in French.
