Dr. Jörn Brockhuis and dr Katarzyna Domańska-Mołdawa, our experts in banking and real estate law, will be featured as speakers at a legal seminar hosted by vdpPfandbriefAkademie.
On February 20, they will meet with German entrepreneurs to discuss legal and tax issues connected with real estate financing on the Polish market. The seminar will cover, among other topics:
- preparation of financing.
- selected tax aspects,
- ownership, perpetual usufruct and land register,
- loan agreement – special features,
- mortgage,
- selected other collaterals,
- restructuring of real estate loans,
- enforcement of mortgage and pledge claims in security and bankruptcy proceedings,

The training will take place in Berlin and will be conducted in German.
