BSJP had a great pleasure to be a legal partner of this year's jubilee Polish Infrastructure Congress. During the event, the discussions focused on the current situation in the infrastructure sector in the face of the crisis caused by the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the performance and financing of investments and relations between investors and general contractors.
The event's panellists also included experts from our law firm. Mr. Jarosław Sroka discussed with market representatives during the debate “Economic reality vs. the situation in the infrastructure sector”, and Mr. Krzysztof Kowalczyk conducted a lecture called “Current problems with price increases and availability of materials - challenges for contractors and investors. Possible ways of solving the problem”.
